"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. "Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

"Me gustó el nivel de atención , las instalaciones , la piscina y las playas privadas . El cuarto muy cómodo. Los buffet muy ricos. Es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en fotos o en su página."

- El costo de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es de 70 dólares por viaje . - los restaurant temáticos no son tan buenos, en el dorado esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos trajeran el plato. En general la atención es lenta y la comida no es tan especial en los restaurantes temáticos. - dentro de semana falta más actividades tipo fiesta para los adultos, ya que solo son viernes y sábado.

El trato de Simone fue agradable pero no me gustó el trato de su marido, tuvo un gesto muy poco profesional hacia mí. Se lo transmití a Simone. Pese a ello, mi hija y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Magic Reef.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"El desayuno es espectacular, hay de todo y es muy completo. El hotel es ideal para descansar y pasarlo bien."

La playa es algo salvaje e imposible para entrar al agua. Hay que caminar un rato y hay una playita muy tranquila donde si es posible banarse.

"Los toboganes son geniales. El buffet era variado con alternativas para todos los gustos. El personal del comedor es muy eficiente. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared."

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.
