"El spa, los restaurantes, la ubicación y el personal"

Falta una puerta intermedia entre la cama y la exterior de la habitación para aislar mejor los ruidos del pasillo.

"Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"El desayuno es espectacular, hay de todo y es muy completo. El hotel es ideal para descansar y pasarlo bien."

La playa es algo salvaje e imposible para entrar al agua. Hay que caminar un rato y hay una playita muy tranquila donde si es posible banarse.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

La limpieza del baño no estuvo bien, no hicieron la cama el primer día, la alfombra no fue aspirada los 3 días que estuvimos. El personal del Service carece de preparación para dar un servicio óptimo. ( Les falta amabilidad)

Allí celebramos los 14 años de uno de nuestros 4 hijos y el equipo de Little Italy nos hicieron emocionar con el agasajo que nos dieron! Toda la Familia de Leonardo Laura es amable y cordial pero guardamos un lugar especial en nuestras memorias de Thekla, la mujer más cordial que alguien quisiera conocer! "La habitación y el baño son bastante grandes y luminosos. Está al lado de la Long Beach, puedes ir caminando. El dueño está siempre disponible para cualquier consulta y es muy simpático. En mi caso se encargó de llamar para tener el taxi agendado el día que me iba, reservar un tour, buscar un centro de buceo y darme recomendaciones de sitios. Todos los días me dejaban un par de botellas de agua, lo cual se agradece. La habitación también tenía café, té y frigorífico. Ha sido mi estancia más especial en Tailandia sin ninguna duda."
