"Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

Los horarios de comida no estaban bien indicados. Al principio nos alojaron en una habitación que olía a humedad y se rompió el aire, pero enseguida nos dieron respuesta y nos cambiaron de habitación

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

They can also help with car rental so you can explore the island. But the real secret to Liostasi's success is the staff. The staff is wonderfully kind and caring, and willing to help with everything. The staff is the real gem of Liostasi if you ask me. So, if you have the opportunity to travel to Ios and stay at this hotel, do it!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!! Absolute must visit destination and hotel!"

"La habitación y el baño son bastante grandes y luminosos. Está al lado de la Long Beach, puedes ir caminando. El dueño está siempre disponible para cualquier consulta y es muy simpático. En mi caso se encargó de llamar para tener el taxi agendado el día que me iba, reservar un tour, buscar un centro de buceo y darme recomendaciones de sitios. Todos los días me dejaban un par de botellas de agua, lo cual se agradece. La habitación también tenía café, té y frigorífico. Ha sido mi estancia más especial en Tailandia sin ninguna duda."

"Hotel de ensueño. Dispone de spa y campo de golf. La habitación muy espaciosa con una zona con sofás. El baño con la bañera más grande que he visto, más parecida a una piscina pequeña. Disponen de varios restaurantes, uno de ellos con vistas al campo de golf, donde se pueden ver en el bosque que lo rodea muchos gamos que salen al campo después de la lluvia. El hotel ofrece la posibilidad de realizar una excursión por los bosques con un guía y ver los animales de forma más cercana. El desayuno muy muy bueno y completo, el mejor de todo el viaje. Con la posibilidad de pedir y ver como hacen una tortilla, un dosa, te de masala y de como cortan la fruta (de forma preciosa). El personal del hotel muy gentil y atento, incluso nos dejaron estar en la habitación una hora más el día del check out."

El spa es muy grande pero está mal organizado. Te indican que te duches antes de realizar el masaje y el lugar donde te cambias y donde se encuentra la ducha no es en la misma habitación donde se realiza el masaje. No protegen la intimidad y privacidad del cliente al tener que desplazarte por zonas abiertas y compartidas del spa solamente con una toalla.

Nada, igual las camas individuales un poco pequeñas, (iba con una persona que mide dos metros 😅) pero muy comodas.

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"Lugar en un entorno precioso Tranquilidad, confort, amabilidad. Lástima que ni el Spa ni la sala de gimnasio estuvieran operativas. Los camareros tremendamente lentos, pero en un lugar de relax no es algo que moleste. Algunas cosas necesitan mantenimiento. Volvería seguro."

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

"Muy recomendable! La playa aunque chica es muy linda y con poca piedra. La cercanía con Mambo beach completa la estadía. Tiene lavandería con un lavarropas y un secarropas de uso libre."

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape.
