Bed and breakfasts en Alemania

"El anfitrión era muy amable. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar en todo y el alojamiento estaba limpio. Tenía buena conexión a internet."

Un poco retirado del centro de Petra. Pero en 30 Minutos caminando se hacía.

"Me ha encantado el lugar. Estuve solo por una noche porque no había conexión de mi vuelo de regreso a casa. Es un lugar seguro (viajando sola). El cuarto es cómodo, con una buena cama, aire acondicionado, wifi y tele. El desayuno es muy rico con pan hecho en casa, omelet y mermelada, casera también. Queda a dos minutos caminando de una playa donde el mar es un poco bravo, y a 7 minutos en microbus hasta la playa Oisten. El microbús va y viene muy frecuentemente, así que es fácil ir por unas horas a esta playa, que es un sueño. El viaje cuesta 3,5 BBD. La casa está en un lugar seguro, incluso en la noche pude caminar tranquilamente al bar/restaurante y supermercado Buffy's, en la esquina, donde venden comida típica por 25 BBD. El aeropuerto está a 10/5 minutos en taxi. Geri es súper amable, explica todo muy bien, y pues Steve me hizo un omelet delicioso. Recomendado."

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

"Lo cerca que esta todo, tanto la playa como restaurantes ,tiendas, en fin excelente lugar. Anduvimos caminado por muchos lugares y la gente muy amigable y muy respetuosa. El señor Andrae administrador muy atento , servicial y muy buena nota."

El estacionamiento sería frente al local(al costado de la calle ) y no tiene techo , en Paraguay hace mucho calor y dejar el vehículo bajo el sol hace que al subir en el sea una experiencia no tan agradable, lo demás todo fantástico

No hay nada que no me gusto. Lo encontre marsvillos. Todos lugares atraen personas de distintos gustos...si te gusta una experiencia personal en una casa de historio que transmite cultura y preocupacion, esto es

Nothing was not to like.

"Erol, el propietario, es atento y hospitalario. Su mujer tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecerme un té y pequeño ágape de bienvenida. La habitación, amplia, limpia y perfumada, tiene radiador. El comedor y la cocina (espacios comunes a compartir con los huéspedes de la otra habitación ubicada en el sótano del edificio). están bien equipados. Hay sofás y mesa grande para sentarse a comer. En el ático (tercera planta) también hay un salón-comedor,.. cocina y un baño a compartir con otras 2 habitaciones.Facilitan toalla grande y mediana."

La ubicación; queda un poco alejado de la estación de autobuses (a unos 30 minutos a pie), aunque solamente a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro. Hay una mezquita a pocos metros, por lo que se oye la llamada a la oración (incluida la de las 5:30 am). Hubo un percance importante con el WC a compartir (Atasco de las tuberías), ya que no es posible tirar el papel al váter y parece que alguien que había estado allí previamente a mi llegada incumplió esta norma. Afortunadamente, Erol logró resolverlo cuando regreso al apartamento. Pese a desatascarlo, para que volviera a estar operativo, el mal olor se mantuvo. Eché de menos tener algún esprai que perfumase el baño. Alternativament, hasta que se resolvió, pude usar el baño del ático. El secador de pelo estaba estropeado, pero tras pedirle uno nuevo al dueño, me lo facilitó amablemente. Eché un poco de menos una comunicación más ágil para estas incidencias y para obtener informaciones prácticas. Se notaba un poco de olor a humedad en la habitación y área común (quizás por ser el sótano y porque estuvo lloviendo toda la estancia que pasé en Prizren).

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

Upgrade is always allowed but everything is okay 👍 during my stay

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

"We traveled on our bicycles and Highland lodge was the perfect stop between Afriski and Mokhontlong. Rooms were very large and so clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend 👌🏼"

We would have enjoyed a desert after our dinner but it was not so important.

"I loved the modern style, it felt sleek, comfortable, and it was thoughtfully designed."

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅
