"Un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo! Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

El restaurante a la hora de la cena estaba abarrotado de gente, me sentaron en una mesa sin ventilador y pase mucho calor, la rapidez de servicio tambien es mejorable.

"La relación calidad-precio. Está al lado de un pequeño centro comercial donde hay tiendas, restaurantes y cafeteria. Desde este centro comercial hay un bus gratuito cada 20 minutos que te lleva a la estación de tren. Si quisiera hacerlo a pie no se tarda mas de 15 minutos. El personal esquisito. Al tener un problema que me amplifica los zumbidos de los motores y me cambiaron a una habitación más silenciosa donde pude descansar como un rey."

Quizas esté un poco lejos del tren pero sinceramente no fue para tanto y repetiria.

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"El Espacio es maravilloso!!!! La habitación también. Realmente es como si ta aislases del mundo. Hacia mucho calor porque fuimos en Mayo pero la sensación es increíble. Me encantaría volver Playa privada y puedes ver cine por la noche en la playa"

La calidad de la comida. Es una pena pero es todo un poco "grasiento" incluido el desayuno. Eso me impide un poco la idea de volver y pasar allí unos días fuera del mundo El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso en la habitación

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Las habitaciones son enormes y tienen un balcón con un par de sillas y una mesita, la ducha es grande y el wc está separado. En nuestro caso nos dieron un kit de bienvenida (productos de higiene e incluso nos dejaron una botella de vino con varias frutas). El personal amable y atento. Desayuno completo"

Solo hacen un día de la semana animación. Las cenas pobres pero de buena calidad.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"Me decidí por este hotel a pesar de los comentarios y efectivamente no me he equivocado. El hotel está frente a una playa de arena grande súper bonita, las instalaciones son increíbles, el equipo de animación espectacular! Los shows nocturnos algunos días más tranquilos, pero cuando hacen los shows del equipo del hotel son impresionantes. El buffet increíble, hay comida todo el día en el hotel, excepto una hora por la mañana y otra por la tarde, solamente hay que leer el cartel que te dan en el check-in o el que está en los ascensores ya que por las tardes cambian de restaurante y no siempre está el mismo abierto. El domingo al mediodía un auténtico manjar el buffet y por la tarde parrilla en la piscina. Mi hermano y yo tuvimos una habitación con vistas a la piscina increíble y mis padres con vistas al mar y con un adorno en la cama solicitado por su aniversario, todo un detalle. El parking es gratuito si reservas con Booking, por equivocación me lo cobraron el primer día."

Los restaurantes temáticos no me gustaron nada, deberían tener más calidad y comida típica de cada lugar. Deberían tener pajitas para poder beber los cócteles y una bebida de una poca mejor calidad

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

"Stayed 5 nights in this absolute dream! 🤩 very well maintained, very high quality of rooms with attention to detail (freshly renovated beach bungalows), warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to attentive staff who ensures a personal approach to their guests. The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

Effectively ruined all our future holidays because nothing will ever compare 😅

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"Un lugar muy tranquilo con vistas bonitas. La persona que se encargaba de la cena fue súper amable y la comida muy rica. El desayuno no tanto, pero al menos había cantidad, lo que se agradece si te vas de ruta al día siguiente."

La piscina no tiene agua. El internet no llegaba a la habitación, pero puedes estar en el lugar del desayuno y cena para usarlo tranquilamente en alguno de los sofás que tienen.
