"La atencion en el hotel es mas que excelente . Todo el personal es muy amable y educado. La ubicacion es muy comoda ya que el hotel se encuentra cerca de las carreteras principales y tambien cerca de las fronteras. En los arlededores del hotel puedes encontrar una infinitud de supermercados de todo tipo , inclusive varios abiertos 24 horas al dia. El hotel cuenta con un aparcamiento privado y se encuentra cerca del rio Oder , por si alguien quiere relajarse en la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son excelentes , una limpieza impecable y mucha comodidad , tanto en las camas / almohadas . Desde luego que su nombre RELAX , cumple y supera todo lo que el mismo nombre promete. Desde luego que repetire cuando tenga la ocasion. Y cuando te vas , te obesquian con un detalle muy dulce. Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel."

"Very good value for money hotel. Dedicated place to store your bike so you don’t have to carry it up the stairs. Close to the bridge to go back to the German cycling route. In the centre - close to the restaurants and supermarkets. Comfy beds, hot water, anything what you need after a day of cycling."

"Our family room was spacious, comfy and had everything we needed and more. Our two teenage children were very happy with the 4 separate beds (they usually have to settle for a sofa bed or at best a shared double bed). The staff was very friendly (both the night, day and breakfast staff), breakfast was varied and qualitative (with scrambled eggs or sunny side up, made on the spot, as you prefer, with as many eggs as you want) and when checking out, we got some pieces of leftover cake in a box for the road! Free parking, free water refill in the hallway and good wifi."

"It doesn't diminish the quality of the hotel, but the hotel is a bit older and located right next to a gas station, which doesn't give a great first impression. First impressions can be deceiving though, and in this case, the hotel is a lot better than it looks from the outside."

"We stayed with friends for one night, booked two rooms. Nice hotel with friendly staff, varied breakfast. Good location near the city center, a big plus is that there is a large supermarket very close to the hotel. Upon check-out at the reception, we were given a nice gift - a cake."

"The only unpleasant moment was that the blankets in the single room were very strongly electrified (static electricity), which eventually affected the quality of sleep - the blankets constantly "electrocuted" at the slightest movement and "stuck" to the body. I couldn't sleep well because of this."
