"Todo muy bien cuidado. La atención de Rene ha sido 10/10, súper agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy detallista con el desayuno en la puerta y el resto de alimentos en la nevera. El termostato muy moderno y funcional. Súper la cantidad de películas y guías de Amsterdam disponibles. Increíble despertarte y ver patitos o cisnes afuera :)"

"René es encantador y atento. Los desayunos son súper completos y variados con leche, zumo, yogures, pan, embutido, pastas, huevo, etc. El suelo es calefactable y es un punto muy positivo. No pasamos nada de frío. Y LAS VISTAS MARAVILLOSAS vimos cisnes, una garza y patitos."

"No puedo decir nada malo de la casa-barco de René. Desde el primer minuto nos pareció un sitio realmente acogedor. Se nota que René cuida mucho los detalles. Lo mejor, las vistas al canal desde el apartamento, lo calentito que se estaba, lo cómoda que es la cama, y que el apartamento tiene de todo lo que te hace falta en un viaje. Incluso nos sorprendió la cantidad de películas que hay por si te apetece estar una noche viendo la TV tranquilo. El desayuno nos esperaba cada mañana en un cofre delante de la puerta. Se agradecieron las recomendaciones que René deja preparadas para ayudar a ubicarse mejor. Sin duda, repetiré cuando vuelva a Amsterdam, que espero que sea pronto."

"Excellent location, just far enough from the center to relax but not too far to make travel difficult; close to various shops and bus stations. Quiet at night and lots of privacy. René was a fantastic and kind host, and delivered fresh breakfast every morning! Highly recommend."

The house was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully maintained, located in a quiet and well-connected area. The breakfast brought to us was delicious and prepared with care — a truly appreciated gesture. We felt at home from the very beginning and had a very pleasant stay. "So much to like here. Lovely to be on the waterfront, really peaceful sitting on the decking watching the birds in the morning and boats in the afternoon. The host was really kind and the breakfast was amazing, great selection of food delivered every morning. Plenty of teas and coffees provided also. Regular buses and trams run from just around the corner and it doesn't take long to get into Amsterdam central to explore. The local neighbourhood with a market and lots of independent shops was vibrant in itself. Would recommend!"

"Lovely accommodation with a super host. A houseboat was a welcome change to a hotel and staying on the water had a calming feel to it. Rene was very helpful and the breakfasts he dropped off each morning was great. Would highly recommend staying here. The house boat is in a good location within easy walk of multiple tram stops and bicycle lanes."
