"Las luces en el cuarto 14 muy fuertes y blancas. Unos focos con luz mas atenuada y relajante sería mucho mas agradable. Las cortinas un poco cortas y se pueden caer."

"Unfortunately...water here in Bucerías for some is at a premium. Many require water deliveries daily..I've stayed at this hotel a few times..and all three times, they have sent me a message later in the evening saying they are experiencing water issues and that it will be restored in the morning. The infrastructure here hasn't kept up-to-date with the demand and it is unfortunate that the hotel cannot keep up with their own water supply...either with a cistern or other means of storage."
"The staff are awesome. The coffee place inside the lobby was great and very convenient. The location is very central, and you have a huge array of restaurants all around you. Walkable. The bed was very comfy. Very clean place. Beautiful pool."
"The only thing that bothered me was the water shortage in the area. Absolutely not the hotels fault. But I felt really bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with gross toilets because it couldn't be flushed.."
"Excellent location on one of the main streets steps away from restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cute small hotel with a great pool area, surrounded by palms and greenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, they had A/C. Our room had a balcony that faced the pool and we loved to chill in the balcony. The price was very good for the location. We would come back ."

"It is central to lots of eating options and also a 5 min walk to the beach! It is a small boutique hotel so you never feel it’s among too many people. Private pool for the hotel guests with loungers and tables with umbrellas to sit at."
