"Me encantó el lugar, lo accesibles que fueron referente a mi mascota y no hubiera restricciones para ella, es la primera vez que pudimos tomar el desayuno todos juntos y con ella en el área de comedor siempre lo hacemos por separado por las restricciones que hay en otros hoteles, el ambiente fue muy tranquilo, el personal muy pero muy amable y atentos y algo que me súper encanto es que se preocuparan por darnos un desayuno personalizado y a nuestro gusto, la casa super hermosa y las habitaciones muy cómodas y muy limpio todo mi familia y yo quedamos súper encantados pues todo nos gustó. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad, sin duda alguna volveremos."

"Fantastic location, close to all the central sites and gastronomic quarter. The staff and owners were all so lovely, and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Breakfast was simple but really tasty, loved the refillable juice and great coffee. The garden is beautiful, felt like we were in the jungle in the city."

The courtyard and pool area are beautifully presented with a peaceful and tranquil ambience . The rooms are spacious, beds are large and comfy and the locality is ideal for exploring Merida. We have been travelling around Mexico and Central America for the last 10 weeks and have stayed in many hotels etc...this place was easily up there as one of the best!"

"An exceptional hotel. The staff of three persons led by Aron were amazing. Friendly, always eager to help and always greeting us with a smile. A beautiful property with amazing grounds and very comfortable rooms. A real oasis in the middle of Merida."

"The quality of service is absolutely outstanding. We had to change our travel plans, and even though our booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel kindly offered to change the dates free of charge. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and efficient — they even shared great recommendations for cenotes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis located in a very safe part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and truly appreciate their hospitality. If we ever come back to Mérida, we will definitely stay here again."
