"Exceeded all expectations on every level. We were met at the airport by the driver and greeted on arrival at the Riad by the owner Jacqueline. Despite arriving early, our room was ready and Jacqueline provided tea and pastries and shared helpful information about Marrakech . The Riad is a haven of tranquillity set just inside the Medina, beautifully restored by Jacqueline, with large well appointed rooms, and a stunning garden and roof terrace. The breakfast was excellent (included a gluten free option!), and staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we enjoyed our stay"

"The location was central but just enough away so that it wasn’t noisy. The Riad was very welcoming and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. Jacqueline was the most helpful and welcoming of hosts. She organised a taxi from the airport and met us with someone to take our suitcases. She gave us lots of useful tips on dining out and what was worth seeing and what to avoid. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were huge and Jacqueline and her staff went out of their way to cater for my dietary needs. We really enjoyed the terrace."

"The RIAD was fantastic with a great location close to the city center and we could walk around. Our room was very nice, comfortable, clean and very quiet with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great with all we could dream about. Jacqueline was very kind and helpful in all aspects. we can warmly recommend this RIAD and would love to stay there again."

"The Riad Jnane d'O is an oasis of calm in the bustle of Marrakech. The property is so beautiful, with a peaceful courtyard and amazing roof terrace. Our host Jacqueline was wonderful, making sure our stay was perfect, she really has created something very special. Our suite was gorgeous, it had everything we needed. Each day started with a delicious breakfast of fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads, omelette, fresh orange juice and delicious mint tea. The Riad is in an excellent central location and taxis are close by should you wish to venture further afield. We are so glad we found Riad Jnane d'O."

"This place is wonderful, it is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, but at the same time it is only a two minute walk from the souks and you can be in the centre of the city life in no time. Traditional riad, with a very peaceful atmosphere and a lovely host/owner, Jacqueline, who makes you feel very welcome and is extremely helpful. The breakfast is great too., Would highly recommend."
