"Very well situated , our room was spacious , nice balcony and a view of the river. Resteraunt on site was very nice and staff friendly and helpful."

Toilet was not flushing properly , but not much of a problem.

"The property was maintained well. Unfortunately, at times there were dog poop in the walk way. Thankfully that was later cleaned, but I hope the dogs can be poop in the bushes and not where the guest walks."

The female owner was not helpful when asked for a meal/something to eat outside of the lunch hour. Also, at times she was overheard having loud fusses that could have been done in private when the guests were not around.

Habia muchisimo polvo en las habitaciones, en las mesas del restaurante, creo que el hotel es muy lindo, pero si hay que trabajar un poquito más en la limpieza.

"A wonderful small house in a quiete place. Not a big one but equipped very well with all necessary kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a nice terrace outside with a barbeque place. Everything was very clean, the house is very cozy"

"Verdaderamente hermoso, cómodo y muy tranquilo. Es para pasar un buen rato."

"Simple and wonderfully personal. Great little cottage with stunning views of the Atiu forests and genuinely friendly help from the proprietor. Everything worked like it should. Great stay, sad to leave."

"The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we felt like home. New AC, clean and well attained. The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.

"Nos asignaron la cabaña número 6. Muy amplia, cómoda y con una vista realmente preciosa. Solo alojamos una noche pero es un lugar para disfrutar de una estadía más larga. Limpieza impecable. Cocina completa, Ropa de cama y toallas súper blancas. Muy buena wifi. Check in y out fácil y rápido. La decoración es de muy buen gusto. Muy recomendable y volveríamos sin dudarlo!!"

"El hotel muy agradable, habitación amplia, buenas vistas y muy limpio. Estaba preocupada por las reseñas, pero no hubo ningún inconveniente, máxime si sabes dónde tienes que hacer el check in y los lugares cerrados fuera de temporada. Con mucha fauna a los alrededores."

El último día teníamos que marcharnos temprano y nos tenían preparado el desayuno antes de el horario habitual."

"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."
