"Cuando llegamos nos ayudaron a transportar el equipaje a la habitación. La habitación era amplia. Tenia aire acondicionado (muy importante en Jaffna, al ser uno de los sitios más cálidos del país). El baño estaba muy limpio, de hecho, en nuestra estancia en Sri Lanka pasamos por mas de 10 hoteles, y en este, el baño sin duda el mas limpio con diferencia. En Jaffna es un poco mas complicado salir a cenar fuera, ya que todo cierra muy temprano. Y aunque la ubicación del hotel es buena, nos es agradable andar de noche, además allí no están acostumbrados a ver a turistas (aunque no tuvimos ningún problema para visitar la ciudad). Decidimos pedir comida por Internet, y los chicos del hotel nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos aconsejaron dónde comer! El desayuno era bueno y completo, nos dieron te y café. Tostadas con mermelada, fruta y tortilla (aunque hay que pedir que no te pongan picante, hacen una especie de tortilla de verduras con chili)."

"Property which has all the minimum necessities for a family stay. There is however a fridge missing in each room and some of the electrics need maintenence. Otherwise overall good value for money. The staff are very helpful and will help cater to any requests. The location is perfect as not too close to Jaffna town but close enough for quick shopping."

"The hotel has a big living room with a fridge and the outdoor space is great to relax after all day cycling. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. One evening they fixed the bike I rented, which was not easy. Very grateful for that. I definitely recommend this place to everyone."
