"It is a warm comfortable wonderful accomodation. The bed is excellent. The place is very quiet and convenient. The views over Incheon City are great, and the window is wide. The curtains are black out blinds, which means you get a good sleep. The flat has some clever designs and a lot of storage space. All amenities work well. There are shops all around, though the produce market in the block is expensive. I do enjoy staying here."

"I do enjoy staying here, so the following statements, are just things that can be improved. I've stayed here on a few occasions on the first occasion they had complementary water in the fridge on arrival. On the other two occassions I have stayed there has been no water. They can at least have some water on arrival, to help guests settle in. The flat could do with an iron for clothing, or at least a place where we could borrow one. Trash bags could be provided. The washing machine is a great plus, but having to buy large washing liquid and conditioner is problematic for short stays."

"I wish there had been cleaning utensils in the room so you could clean yourself if needed. Maybe a little more options with glasses, plates, etc. Otherwise, it's a wonderful apartment. I had a bit of a hard time checking in as there wasn't a check-in machine specifically for UH Flat in the lobby. But after half an hour of searching, I found all the instructions in my mailbox. But that's totally fine. So there was nothing I disliked."

"I got a high floor so that was amazing. There's all the equipment and amenities needed. Its clean and convenient. Location is good, but not very central. There's restaurants and coffee shops around. The bed was comfortable and lots of storage space."

"The day I arrived it was hot but I couldn't turn the ac on since it was already mid- October. Luckily the rest of the days it got much colder and I didn't need it, but it is pretty absurd to not be able to turn on the ac on cold..."

"The apartment was immaculately clean.. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Amazing views over Songdo and hhe sea. The washing machine was really helpful allowing me to pack less for a longer stay. The complex includes a handy convenience store on the ground floor. The location close to the metro station allowed easy access to the rest of Incheon with connection to buses and the Seoul Metro system. The owner kept in touch with messaging regarding cleaning and replied promptly to my messages. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
