"The hotel is located directly 100m from the beach with just one crossing access to the beach. Perfect location. Great help from staff when we left the bag in the room it was immediately located and sent by forwarder to our next hotel in Seoul , arriving next working day. Perfect help. This was the reason I gave 10/10 rate as it covered all minuses the hotel unfortunately had."
"As I said, I give 10 due to fantastic help with recovering purse, however they give only small towels as standard, need to go to reception to get big ones, no utensils in the small kitchen in apartment and apartment requires some redecoration. But this is all nothing if a staff can go over expectations with helping customers. BTW, when you look for the hotel Suncloud and Seacloud are the same building. Just navigate to either of these."

It was well-maintained and perfectly suited for families traveling with children. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Haeundae Beach, one of the best beaches in Korea. We loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and relax in a peaceful environment in the evening. Considering the location and the quality of the room, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Suncloud Hotel for families looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Busan."

"Good location. Close to the beach, market, shops. Free parking is available in the hotel. Stay the same room that we booked. Nice view from the hotel room to the beach. The building is sharing with another hotel. Once you are figured it out how to walk. Everything is easy. Go to 4th floor, change to another lift to 6th floor and you will see the hotel reception. If you look for a closer distance to the beach, this hotel can be considered."
