"Excelentemente bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos de una estación de metro, de una parada de autobús y de un gran centro comercial. La zona es muy bonita, segura y limpia. El hotel tiene unas vistas mejores que otras dependiendo del piso y la orientación de la habitación, pero en general son muy bonitas. El desayuno es adecuado, y aunque no hay opciones de postres, sí hay diferentes tipos de frutas y el espacio donde se sirve es bastante amplio y también tiene una vista increíble."
"En general el edificio es moderno y la habitación que nos dieron fue muy espaciosa, además de que el baño tenía una gran tina con vista. La única incomodidad podría ser que el edifico es compartido con otro hotel y otros negocios, por lo que los elevadores se dividen en pisos a los que van y a los que no, lo que quita mucho tiempo para poder subir y bajar. En las mañanas, llega a ser un caos esperar el elevador para ir al piso donde se sirve el desayuno."
"The breakfast is not bad, but the location is amazing and the neighbourhood is peaceful, because just at the west of the building, there is a police station. There is a Lotte just 5 min walking, to the north, and it has all you need. Under the Lotte, there is a metro station that connects you everywhere easily. On weekends, on the street located at the east of the building, there are little carts of street food that are amazing and with incredibly friendly people. The views of the restaurant, which is located in the floor 24, are amazing."

"The hotel only has three lifts and depending on which floor you were on, you could only use. During peak hours, the lifts were extremely busy and it took a long time to use the lifts. The rooms that faced the afternoon sun got very hot, and because the hotel only has central AC, you cannot cool the room down."
