"My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a particularly comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also has fantastic amenities including a large gym and areas for kids, and the food served was delicious."
"While the hotel's location was a 20-minute walk from the small town of Cholpon-Ata, they offered taxi services upon request. Despite the language barrier with the staff, which required the use of Google Translate, their efforts to ensure guest comfort were commendable and made up for any communication challenges."

"Für kirgisische Verhältnisse komfortabel. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant sind schön eingerichtet. Die MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und konnten teilweise englisch."
"Die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren sehr dreckig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr reichhaltig und wurde nicht nachgefüllt, wenn etwas leer war. Es gab viel warmes/frittiertes (was jedoch um 9 Uhr schon kalt war). Dafür gab es Brot, Kaffee und Tee nur auf Nachfrage."

"Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Bis zum Strand waren es ca. 20 Gehminuten."

"직원들이 친절했다. 방에 키를 두고 나와 문이 잠겼는데 Azema라는 여직원이 가지고 있는 모든 키를 동원해 방문을 열어주었다. 조식도 먹을 만하고 카페에서 파는 볶음밥과 볶음면도 맛있게 먹었다. 이 호텔의 모든 직원이 매우 친절하다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소로 모두에게 추천한다."

He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. Chimenea con fuego en un salon super acogedor con pantalla de TV enorme para poder ver cine, música..Desayuno muy rico. El personal muy amable nos ayudó en todo. Disponen de vehículo-taxi en el mismo hotel para entrar al PN Ala Archa donde se pueden realizar diferentes rutas. Se llega fácil con el bus 265 desde la c/ toktogul al lado del bazar Osh en Bishkek."
