Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Aunque no estaba mal hubiéramos agradecido más variedad de alimentos occidentales en el desayuno

Un desayuno en un hotel 5 estrellas que no tengamos fruta cortada no me pareció, y de todos los lugares en los que comí fue el más caro y tampoco demasiado elaborado. Otro tema, las habitaciones un poco antiguas.

"Cómodo y tranquilo alojamiento. las instalaciones impecables, comida buena, playa buena. Dormitorio limpio, personal alegre. Los managers de lo mejor, muy buena actitud siempre a disposición. Los masajes exquisitos, háganse el favor de tomar uno."

Lo único es que se notaba la inexperiencia del personal del restaurant. En un almuerzo solicité si me podían hacer un cambio, quería cambiar el arroz por ensalada y me cobraron la ensalada aparte, solo quería lechuga con pepino y tomate.

"El hotel es cómodo, habitaciones amplias, con nevera, y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Se necesita coche para llegar y está en una zona de carretera con restaurantes de comida rápida."

Quizás se podría renovar mobiliario para parecer más moderno. Aún así, está todo muy limpio y es cómodo

"El hotel está bastante bien. Las habitaciones eran amplias y la altura del edificio le daba un toque guay al hotel. Pudimos dejar las maletas mientras veíamos la ciudad. Es un hotel donde eramos los únicos occidentales y nuestra experiencia fue bastante buena."

No me gustó que solo hubiese un cargador en toda la habitación.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"Huge rooms. Wide selection for breakfast. Lovely helpful staff."

It was all good. Not very close to main sights but just a short taxi ride so was easy. You could walk in if you are fitter/ stronger than I am!

Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."
