"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

Ravi fue súper amable y me ayudó en todo lo que le pedí, desde cómo llegar al centro hasta coger un taxi al aeropuerto que aceptasen tarjeta, ya que no todos lo hacen. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Kuwait repetiré este hotel"

"Las vistas mientras desayunaba,los servicios que proporciona el alojamiento.Lavanderia,cambio de moneda,la simpatia del jefe y de sus empleadas (solo vi a mujeres)Las mosquiteras de las camas,las camas eran cómodas ya de por si. No está excesivamente alejado del mercado central y de la playa y a cinco minutos del mercado nuevo y la yerminal de chapas."

Las luces de la cocina no se encendian correctamente, así que el mantenimiento deberia de funcionar mejor.Tambien la cocina 🍳, tenía insuficiente menaje.

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

El desayuno muy pobre. Poca bollería y nada de fiambre para desayunar un poco más ligero que con el desayuno cocinado habitual.

La habitación me la dieron en el tercer piso sin ascensor. Las escaleras no tienen la iluminación adecuada. El desayuno es muy pobre respecto de otros hoteles. Muchas lámparas para un sólo enchufe. La ducha es muy pequeña

"La amabilidad de la chica recepcionista fue excelente. Nos recomendó un sitio local donde cenar que estaba rico y económico. Además también nos dijo donde podíamos coger la mashrutka hacia Mestia. Por otro lado, la ducha mejor que en cualquier casa."

Hay mucho ruido proveniente de las habitaciones aledañas, cuando caminan vibra todo. Y Las almohadas son muy altas

"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

"El tamaño de la habitación, la luminosidad y la cama muy cómoda Nos encantó alojarnos en MACAO de día y de NOCHE, todo el centro histórico cerca del Hotel, el Gran Lisboa a 100 metros y la facilidad de ir a COTAI (Las Vegas China) en transporte público en sólo 15 minutos Fue una excelente decisión hacer base en MACAU para recorrer en 3 días la encantadora parte portuguesa y la parte nueva Dos noches, tres días completos no nos alcanzaron para conocer toda esta maravilla China !"

Desayunamos en el piso 16, en un lugar muy agradable. El desayuno buffet ASIÁTICO era completo, pero muy pocas había opciones occidentales. Todo el personal del desayuno son muy serviciales.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.
