"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard."

"La ubicación, bastante cerca del centro y pude ir caminando a los sitios turísticos. La atención del sr Oneil excelente, muy servicial y amable. El sitio muy tranquilo y también cómoda y limpia la habitación. Las áreas compartidas también muy limpias, además de que el uso de cada area está bien señalizada"

"Tener en cuenta que hay que llevar sábanas o toallas o contratarlas aparte allí a tu llegada. Nosotros cogimos las sabanas, fueron 50 coronas por sábana. También nos dijeron si queríamos servicio de limpieza o lo hacían ellos (tampoco incluido en el precio). Nosotros no lo cogimos, porque solo estuvimos una noche. El sitio es muy chulo, la casa tiene mesa en el porche y el entorno es muy agradable."

Que no estuvieran incluidas las sabanas, toallas y servicio de limpieza.

"Había muy buen rollo, todos eran muy simpáticos. Era como estar en tu casa, con cocina para hacerte el desayuno y gatos andando por ahí. Me gustó la estética y lo acogedora que estaba con tanta decoración."

Sin duda el camino para llegar fue horrible, están de obras y teníamos que subir y bajar una cuesta helada. No me gustó que había que compartir baños, pero para una noche nos valió.

No había jabón en los baños y a pesar de tener aire acondicionado dejan poca ropa de cama.

"La terraza en la parte alta con unas vistas espectaculares y el desayuno buenísimo y completo. La localización también es muy buena cerca de la plaza monastiraki. Además el personal muy amable."

Las camas no ofrecen nada de privacidad. No vendría mal al menos una cortina

"Una experiencia absolutamente excepcional de principio a fin. El proceso de reserva fue sencillo, claro y sin complicaciones. La comunicación fue rápida y profesional, y cada detalle fue gestionado con mucho cuidado. El servicio superó todas mis expectativas: todo fue exactamente como se describía (e incluso mejor en persona). Quiero hacer una mención especial a Indi, quien fue increíblemente amable, atenta y profesional en todo momento. También agradezco al resto del personal, que fue igualmente servicial, organizado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Recomiendo totalmente reservar aquí y sin duda volveré en el futuro. ¡Una experiencia verdaderamente de 10 estrellas!"

"La ubicación está bien, centrica y cerca de todo. Hay un parking en la zona alta del pueblo donde puedes aparcar e ir andando. Tiene racks para dejar las tablas en la entrada y sitio en la terraza para colgar los trajes de surf."
