"Habitación amplia. Buen desayuno. Sitio tranquilo Tiene un restaurante a 200 metros. La playa es local, algo sucia, pero tiene su.ambientillo. La dueña habla inglés, francés y alemán. Tenía que ir al aeropuerto y nos juntó a 3 huéspedes, abaratando el coste, que en otro caso resulta bastante alto."

"El personal, muy dedicado y excelente. El desayuno, cada día diferente y con opción vegetariana. Las instalaciones, bonitas y tranquilas. La limpieza."

El único pero que puedo ponerle es que mi habitación salía del patio y había ruido a partir de que comenzaba la hora del desayuno (6.30h), pero el segundo día me adecué a ese horario. Está a 10 minutos de la plaza principal, pero Santa Ana es muy seguro y no hay problema.

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"La cama era muy cómoda , la ubicación está a 30 minutos caminando del centro , y es un paseo agradable y fue muy agradable de la parte de la dueña pasar todos los sitios , donde se podía alquilar bice , moto y también donde comer . Me gustó la zona compartida aunque no he estado mucho tiempo allá , pero si volvería a este sitio , pero lo ruido tienen que cambiarlo"

El ruido que hacían tanto a la hora de dormir , cuanto al despertar , me he despertado a las 6 y algo con alguém limpiando y como mi habitación estaba cerca de la cocina se oía todo .

La habitación queda al frente de la calle y en la calle hay dos bar Restaurantes abiertos hasta altas horas de la noche todo lo que hablan se escucha, además que las cortinas son blancas y toda la luz traspasaba a la habitación , imposible dormir bien

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"

"Hostal súper lindo para desconectar unos días y conocer mucha gente bella. El trato del personal es muy bueno y ponen muchas facilidades en la gestión de las reservas. Los espacios comunes son geniales, sobre todo el porche. Recomendaría, no obstante, que la cocina y los espacios comunes puedas usarse después de las 11 de la noche, ya que este horario era restrictivo. También recomendaría actualizar mejor la ubicación del hostel para no tener que caminar junto a la carretera principal para llegar."
