Además está siempre el responsable o un trabajador allí, muy amables y cercanos. El río está al lado y suena increíble de noche. Zona segura para transitar y aparcar."

Gostaria de poder ficar mais dias . Tem muitas atividades de esportes no lago . E poder ficar tempo no ambiente. Quase igual estar em casa.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

La única pega es que el sumidero de la ducha estaba un poco atascado y se quedaba agua por el suelo del baño, pero nada grave.

"Muy atento el personal (por un problema en la ruta no alcanzamos a llegar a las 20.00 hs, pero nos comunicamos por e-mail y nos dejaron las instrucciones para obtener la llaves y acceder al alojamiento) Todo se ve prolijo y limpio. El tamaño de la habitación adecuado y cómodo para tres personas. Muy buen desayuno, con muchas opciones. Cercano al centro histórico y al castillo, de modo que se puede ir caminando. Importante poder dejar el vehículo en el parking, al aire libre, en el mismo establecimiento. Si bien no cuenta con ascensor, posee un montacargas para las valijas, por eso se pueden subir las escaleras sin cargar con peso."

En la habitación del piso superior, el cielorraso es inclinado (en coincidencia con la cabecera de las camas) y hay que tener cuidado para no golpearse la cabeza.

"We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

"The room was great and very dog friendly! The location, setting and concept was fabulous. The four course meal was superb."

When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

J'ai apprécié aussi la proposition d'un chauffeur depuis l'aéroport compris dans le tarif. Il y a un super marché à 300m bien pratique."

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.
