"Everything about this hotel is really high quality and each and every member of hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is excellent and the pool area gorgeous (be warned that the pool is not heated even in winter). The spa was incredible - really high end although treatments are not cheap, nevertheless it beat Champneys 10 times over."

"Our room did not have a separate bathroom so the basin was in the room and the shower and toilet lead off from the room which isn't great for privacy although very tastefully laid out/designed."

"The fact that the lawas of demand and supply make the establishment not price friendly during the summer time. It was fair value for money being off season but it is understood that due to the location summer breaks due to the pricing is not an easy decision to take"
