"Well equipped. Clean. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds and living spaces. Terrace a nice outdoor space. Great communications prior to arrival and on departure."
"Automatic lighting a bit strange, especially when some people go to bed earlier than others. Some minor changes that could make some big differences: hooks in the bathroom, more plug sockets near the bed. Would be useful to have an iron and ironing board."

"The location was ideal. There was plenty of space for the two of us. The primary bathroom and the kitchen were exceptional: lovely fixtures, great applicances and functionality. Two reserved parking spaces."
"Some kitchen items (utensils, flatware, glasses, small appliances) were dirty when we arrived, so we had clean them before use. The HVAC was controlled elswewhere, so we could not get ventilation and temperature to our comfort."

"Perfect location! The building has direct access to the sea, and the beach is surrounded by beautiful hotels such as the iconic Negresco. The railway station is only 1 km away — about a 15-minute walk — or easily reachable by public transport. Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are right in front of the building. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our host was excellent, and the early check-in and late check-out were a huge plus. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet, which is very convenient."

"Viaje en familia. El apartamento estaba limpio, estaba nuevo, se preocuparon para dejar el apartamento tal como lo necesitábamos viajando con dos niños (uno bebé). Nos dejaron una cuna, toallas y todo lo necesario para estar allí un fin de semana. La ubicación excepcional, muy cerca de todo para ir andando y si no quieres andar siempre tienes el tranvía cerca! Sin duda repetiría y 100% para familias."
