"The hotel boasts an excellent location with views of the Forbidden City and easy access to shopping in Wangfujing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just as we finished checking out, Miss Zhao Jinxue in the lobby proactively approached us to ask if we needed to store our luggage—very kind indeed."

"Het hotel ligt pal naast een metrostation, wel van te voren goed uitzoeken hoe daar te komen met de metro en vliegveld express trein. Hotel is op loopafstand van de verboden stad en Tiananmenplein. Let wel op dat deze 2 alleen met reserveringen te zien zijn. Hotel zelf is wat oud en aan vernieuwing toe. Wij hadden via booking.com een creditcard opgegeven en bij aankomst voor beide nachten betaald. Receptie vroeg om bij het uitchecken gebruikte items uit de minibar te betalen, maar binnen 5 minuten dat wij in de kamer waren werd de minibar leeg gemaakt door housekeeping. Dus vertrouwen in de klant is zero."
