Punto positivo:
"The staff at the Bukovel Hotel reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they also spoke English. The luggage room was very useful during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, and being driven up to the room was a huge bonus. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Bukovel, and the nearby restaurant was convenient for dinner, although quite expensive. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again, especially because of the excellent customer service, although overall we tend to prefer spa hotels."
Punto negativo:
"The room is a bit old fashioned. Although it is a cabin, I think it needs to be modernised. The TV didn’t work, well it had no signal. The walls were covered in stains, like they had been splashed with drinks and never cleaned. The room was so hot that actually it was quite uncomfortable. Seems a waste of energy to open the windows especially during a time when Ukraine is suffering from nationwide power issues."

Punto positivo:
"The staff were super kind and lovely! Our double room was tasteful and clean, and matched what we booked. The hotel’s grounds were cute and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious! Дякую:)"
Punto negativo:
"The only thing I found unpleasant was a couple of taxidermy animals and also the fact that they keep bunnies, each in a tiny separate cage. I’m against caging animals, hence the feedback."

Punto positivo:
"Зручна локація, ввічливий персонал, чисто. Є чайник та холодильник."
Punto negativo:
"Як і всюди в таких місцях - економлять на лампочках: або лише одна, або дуже тусклі що нічого не видно. Ліжко не зручне, спина запікає дуже сильно."

"Все було досить добре. Котедж великий і чистий, обладнана кухня. Господарка приємна і завжди допомагала. Для великої компанії те, що треба. Із задоволенням повернемось ще."
Punto negativo:
"Було б не погано передбачити пристрій для заряджання електромобіля."
