"The hospitality of the hotel was on another level. It is family run, and they made sure my stay was as comfortable as they could. The food was really good, and the room was spacious and had sea views and modern furniture. The swimming pool was also quite pleasant. They were always checking that everything was okay, even offering water, tea or coffee. Thank you very much for everything, and if I'm ever back in Ayvalık, I'll stay here again!"

"Great location overlooking the sea and easy car trip into Ayvalik and an easy stroll to the Cunda Markets. The host was lovely and breakfast was not only delicious but incredibly generous. The room was enormous and the bathroom a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony had furniture so that you could sit and enjoy the sunset."

"The property is in a great location, just a short 5 minute stroll and you're in the heart of Cunda. The stone house has a lot of character with original stone masonry and lots of archeological artefacts and historical artwork around the home. The host that took care of us during our stay was outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the kitchen, it is a large kitchen and has all required appliances. This property has a lovely garden area, we would have used the garden area more if the property had a more comfortable sitting area. There is also an area where you can park your car that is close to the home, and this area is best enjoyed if you have a car so you can explore Ayvalik and other beaches and landmarks around the area. Overall, a great property and host service."

"This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but I feel it's important to know, as this house is an older home the water pressure in the shower is low. We weren't able to log onto the smart TV and there is only one TV in the upstairs bedroom, so if you wanted to watch a show at night with the family you weren't really able to. These are just some things we observed but as I said not a deal breaker, we still had a lovely stay."
