Peut-être une taille des arbres plus adéquate, mais on est à la montagne alors restons nature!

"Son seis bungalows en un terreno privado, con guarda de seguridad y asistencia de limpieza semanal. Cuenta con la equitación justa y necesaria para poder realizar comidas. Cuenta con una piscina comunitaria y zona de BBQ. Además, está situado en el centro de Sosúa pero en una calle tranquila y cerca de un supermercado."

Nada en particular me disgustó. Quizás excesiva humedad en el ambiente. Internet dejó de funcionar el último día por el fallo de un transformador de la calle, nada imputable al alojamiento que cuenta con sistema de emergencia de electricidad por si se va la luz.

"Very nice accommodation. Comfortable, clean with all needed amenities and more! The swimming pool is a pleasure and the view on the palm trees, a real treat. The place is very secure, and perfectly located being very close to the city center on one side and restaurants and bars on the other side (few minutes walk).."

"Darren es estupendo nos vino a recoger al puerto y nos llevó hasta el Hostel para no ir cargadas con las mochilas. La ubicación es genial está muy cerca de todo en la parte del sunset. La habitación es muy espaciosa, tanto el cuarto de baño como donde está la cama, además tiene un gran ventanal donde entra la luz natural. Cuenta con una nevera, con aire acondicionado y ventilador lo cual se agradece mucho."

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho.

"La atención del personal fue de 10: tenían la habitación preparada con la chimenea encendida y nos trajeron leña extra continuamente. También nos dieron indicaciones y consejos de lugares para visitar durante nuestra estancia, y recomendaciones para cenar por la zona, ya que al ser fuera de temporada, solo daban servicio de desayuno. Las vistas del chalet eran espectaculares."

"Excellent location, just a short walk from Lonnoc Beach and a 15 minute walk from the famous Champagne Beach; 20 minute ride to Port Olry. There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

Tiene cocina que cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios y además están atentos a que no falte de nada, por ejemplo reponer el café de manera gratuita todos los días. Cuenta con piscina exterior y jardín bien cuidado. El personal encantador, les solicitamos servicios como safaris o transportes y fueron muy eficaces."

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

"Lise nos hizo todo muy fácil, nos dió opciones para esos días. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta era a las 11:50 de la noche y Lise nos dejó quedarnos todo el día en la habitación y nos gestionó el Transfer al aeropuerto. Una anfitriona excepcional. Una de las noches nos hicieron una cena para los dos que nos encantó."

"La cabane est de très bonne qualité, spacieuse avec un pont qui donne sur une petite terrasse. Un salon est également à disposition sous la cabane avec un bbq. La cabane est très bien agencée avec ce qu’il faut, notamment un grand frigo, de la vaisselle et de quoi faire la cuisine. L’endroit est très bien situé au calme entre Bouillante et Deshaies. A 50m de la maison cacao et duke plage de galet. Les plages de sable sont entre 7 et 15mn en voiture. L’endroit parfait pour se dépayser. Liliane est une personne formidable qui conseille volontiers et est à dispositions en cas de besoin. Nous avons adorés ce séjour."

A szárító tiszta rozsda volt, nem tudtam, vagyis nem akartam arra kiteregetni. Egyetlen éles kést sem találtunk, amivel a pékárut elvághattuk volna. A konyhai/nappali rész tele volt szúnyogokkal kora este, amikor megérkeztünk, így, aludni ott nem tudtunk (de az alvás a régi hűtő folyamatosan búgó hangjától is lehetetlen lett volna.) Úgy gondolom, hogy az apartman árához képest ezek olyan apró dolgok, amikre lehetne figyelni.
