"Parking lejos y cuando llegamos el aire de la habitación no estaba funcionando. NO tenían personal de turno... se logro arreglar luego de varios intentos por la persona de recepción, casi a las 12 de la noche."

"La ubicación y la simpatía del personal. Ella habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y en general todo el lugar es magnífico. Además te daban un mini Voucher con el cual podías disfrutar de entradas a museos y transporte público."

"El hotel es fantástico. Moderno, limpio y con unas vistas al lago estupendas. Es muy fácil llegar a él en tren, coche o barco. El personal es encantador. La habitación muy amplia, luminosa y cómoda. Todo muy limpio. Tiene una terraza en la azotea que es perfecta para tomarse algo al atardecer y desde la que hay unas vistas fantásticas de la ciudad y del lago. Nos encantó. Repetiremos."

"I stayed at the same hotel years ago. This time it amazed me with it’s renovated look, with modern design, stylish. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The hotel staff is proactive and kind. On my request to stay in a confortable room I have received an upgrade to executive level that totally exceed my expectations. The room was beautiful with stunning view to the lake and city, with a terrace, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed."

"It was a great place to stay and the location was perfect for Neuchâtel. It was easy to get to and from the train station too. The rooms were ultra clean and the breakfast buffet was incredible."

"It was a wonderful stay! Ana was a first person that I met in the hotel. She likes a gentle breeze to set me so comfortable although the room was not ready! With her arrangement that my room was so wonderful! Only problem was I didn’t arrange myself to stay more! Definitely I will return to this hotel! "We had a beautifully well appointed room on the second floor overlooking the lake and looking towards the High Alps and the Jungfrau. The marina is adjacent the hotel so you can sit having lunch as we did while watching the comings and goings of the various yachts and boats. The rooftop terrace is well shaded from the sun and has a range of cocktails and snacks on offer. The art museum is right opposite the hotel and it’s an easy walk to other attractions. Car parking is easy and convenient. I must mention the staff who were all unfailingly pleasant, helpful, polite and obliging. They made us feel incredibly welcome. I hope to return for longer next time!"

"The only thing I can think of is it would be nice if the hotel had its own car park, but this is a minor criticism. The nearby car park is €1 per hour at the time of writing, but free on Sundays. Do look out for the dropped kerb if you’re driving in front of the hotel!"
