Tented camps en Puerto Rico

"New, comfortable room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Good internet. Quiet in a safe district. 15 min in the bus number 10 or 12 to the city center. Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

It is number 1 on the intercom when you arrive there. it is not written Conforto.

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

"Aunque estas al lado de una ciudad parece que estes apartado de todo. Buen sitio para desconectar y relajarse. Todo el personal muy agradable, en especial Eslam! Nos cuidó mucho en todo momento."

Quizás lo más complicado es el acceso, pero te ofrecen todas las facilidades para ayudarte. Nosotros fuimos en moto despacito y tampoco tuvimos ningún problema.

"De los más económicos cerca de Wilpattu. Sabes que vas a un glamping así que no esperes lujazos. No tiene AC pero es lógico, si tiene ventilador. Te ofrecen safari desde ahí, precio razonable con guía incluido (nosotros fuimos solos en el jeep). Recomendamos a Sachinthana como guía, vimos los 3 grandes (elefante, leopardo y oso) . Te dan agua embotellada gratis y te con picoteo. Puedes cenar y comer y desayunar ahí por un suplemento"

Si cenas la bebida va a parte, 6 dólares por una copa de vino 🫠🥲

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I would offer a suggestion that a mosquito net is put over the bed.

"A great place to stay, great beaches, pristine and clean. Close enough to the National park for us to make a few visits. Lovely helpful staff, could not be nicer. Well worth the journey there."

"The entire setup was gorgeous. Felt like a true camp. They added a lovely touch by providing big kettle in a common area which was on simmer heat with unlimited Jordanian tea. We opted for a dinner as well which was extra. Dinner buffet had a nice selection of salads and dips. They only offered one lamb, one chicken and one rice with potatoes dish. Lamb was delicious from a buffet standard. Chicken was too dry which was a shame as falvour was nice. Rice and potatoes were decent too. Only thing is they should include atleast water in buffet as standard. Lastly location seems be right on the edge of wadi rum dessert. It's about 40 mins drives from wadi rum village."

We had a buddle tent. It was modern and looks very elegant. However the floor of bubble tent was a bit dusty. I am not sure weather this was because of lack of cleaning or bubble tents are not perfectly sealed. Other than that our bathroom had no shower certain. So when one person took a shower entire bathroom got flooded. They did provide us with a floor wiper when we requested it. If they install a shower certain or shower glass, this bathroom would be perfect. Lastly we didn't get hot water. Apparently, you need to request the reception who then switch on the boiler. Given there are no phones inside the room, one has to go all the way to reception to get hot water turned on.

Las cabañas, al ser de madera, no están herméticamente cerradas, me daba temor que entrara un animal.

Not a problem with the campsite: there is 8 km unpaved road only to this place.

"Andrea was a wonderful host and this is the perfect place for a relaxing few days. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the quiet evening, drinking wine in our jacuzzi outside the tent! Because the tents are grouped around a central area, it is perfect for a group of family/friends. We are already planning a return trip! My only concern though, would be if there were families with small children running around, it would disturb other guests. This is not really a place suitable for children, and ideally should be an adults only location."

"El hotel es precioso- sobretodo por la noche con luces. está justo enfrente de ver las tunas por lo que tienes acceso directo. tiene dos piscinas naturales con agua caliente que por la noche es precioso estar en ella para poder ver la estrella. el personal es muy simpático el dueño y el cocinero es muy amable y se veque es muy buena persona siempre atento a ayudarte"

bastante lejos de la ciudad por lo que siempre hace falta un tucktuck se tarda unos cuarenta minutos en llegar a cualquiera atracción. hay muchos perros alrededor en nuestro caso dos noches que nos quedamos las dos noches estuvimos escuchando a los perros ladrando sin parar. si no te gusta los animales no recomiendo ir ahí
