"Tiene aparcamiento en las inmediaciones gratis y sin reservar. Tiene sauna y una máquina expendedora además de restaurante en la parte de abajo. La habitación tenía balcón y el tamaño estaba bien. Tiene ascensor. Dejan perros y también dejan entrar con ellos a la zona de desayunos."

"La habitación, la limpieza y la comida, cenamos allí i un 10 por el cocinero/a."

"El personal lo peor, en recepción no había nadie, le das a la campana y tampoco vienen, tuvimos que ir a buscarlos en el bar, muy serios y nada amables, mientras desayunábamos no había nadie para pedir las cosas, estábamos siempre solos, para cenar nos pusieron en un comedor solos y apenas vinieron por si queríamos algo más, un cero para el personal."

"The drive up to the hotel and village was great .We we’re booked in by a charming young lady who seemed to be Jack of all trades as later she was Waitrose and behind bar.Both are meals were good,I had Pork Steak and my wife had Wienesnitchel ..Guy serving the drinks could have been a bit more cheerful ."

"Our room was room overlooking the front of hotel.Unfortunately for us there was three or four out there drinking and making a hell of a din until two in morning.We shut windows but as there was no air conditioning in room it was so hot.I don’t know if they were guests or locals,but surely a member of staff could have asked them to keep noise down,So we both had bad night. We went down for breakfast and what was left did not look very appealing so we checked out and left. So a good start to stay and a poor finish"

"We had a truly wonderful stay. The view from both the window and the balcony was fascinating, with a beautiful mountain landscape we could enjoy at any time of the day. The wellness area was excellent, offering three different types of sauna and a comfortable lounge zone where we could fully relax. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was delicious and very diverse. We could order different types of omelettes and scrambled eggs, all included in the price. There was also a rich buffet with a wide selection of cheese, ham and salmon. Yogurt, fresh fruits and a coffee machine were available as well, making the mornings especially enjoyable."

"The hotel has a great central location, not fantastic views as in the middle of the village in a valley, but the cosy decor of the Alpin rooms and the general quality of the hotel infrastrucure and the friendly and helpful personnel made this pretty irrelevant. It was a quiet period (off-season) when we were there and the last week for the lifts which were still running allowing convenient access for hiking. The food was excellent and the dinenrs varied with friendly staff. A particular thankyou to Raphael whose name we can remember, but also the the other staff who looked after us in the restaurant and elsewhere. Also to Stefanie int he spa who is a great masseuse. We were there for 8 nights and enjoyed the whole time, both outdoors and indoors."
