No me gustó que solo hubiese un cargador en toda la habitación.

Todo lo que le pedí y más me lo hicieron gustosamente...el trato del personal impecable..llegamos con bastante retraso ( 1 de la noche) y nos enviaron un taxi al aeropuerto con un precio muy razonable. La ubicación ... está dentro del gran bazar, cerca del centro de la ciudad ( 5 minutos andando) La habitación extra grande.. la bañera espectacular"

La señal de wifi deficiente y la calidad del colchón se deberia mejorar El desayuno es un poco repetitivo si estás varios dias Le falta ducha.. solo tiene bañera (caben 2 personas perfectamente)

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"El desayuno un poco caro comparado con las cenas en el hotel, que fueron muy buenas, rápidas, con muchas opciones y muy bien de precio. La limpieza diaria de la habitación magnfica."

Quiza porque estanos en invierno y no se airea mucho por la temperatura exterior, notaba el ambiente un poco cargado en las zonas comunes. En la habitacion había un purificador/des-humidificador que cumplía su función.

"El hotel me ha encantado. El servicio es genial. Como se trata de un edificio antiguo, las ventanas no ofrecen el mismo aislamiento que las modernas pero las cortinas suplen la falta de aislamiento. Además, el personal es super amable y están pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites. El desayuno, cualquiera de los dos tipos, abundante y de calidad. Tanto La cena como el té de Saint Patrick's Day formidables."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"El personal, especialmente quienes atienden en el restaurante y el desayuno, son excepcionales. El restaurante que se encuentra en el segundo piso es delicioso y tienen excelentes cortes de carne y saben prepararlos a la perfección, además de un dueto de músicos que deleitan con su arte todas las noches. La ubicación es perfecta para movilizarse hacia los puntos más importantes de Cape Town."

Los elevadores necesitan una mejoría ya que son muy lentos y el de servicio tiene un ruido que suena durante todo el día y parte de la noche. El frente del hotel debería tener una rampa, ya sea para acceso de personas con discapacidad o equipaje pesado. Se debería notificar con antelación al huésped que se necesita hacer un depósito de garantía para permitir el hospedaje.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"I enjoyed the ocean view of my room and the location is very convenient, and easy to go anywhere."

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"Affordable price.. location.. view.. amazing reciption staff.. i think the breakfast boufe is the best in kuwait... the bed is so comfy.. chick in took only 1 minute with a very nice smile from the 2 ladies were in the front desk."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"
