"Great hotel, spacious bungalows and awesome new years eve dinner"

Maybe provide more information around activities and provide booking services for them

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

Creo que se deberia hacer un mantenimiento o cambio a las griferias por unas de palanca que garanticen un cierre hermético y mejor manejo, lo mismo para las pomas de las puertas. tambien actualizar algunos utencilios de cocina que ya están muy desgastados como destapadores y cucharones. Hay un detalle en el apartamento asignado con respecto a una ventana existente entre el baño y una de las habitaciones, tuve que conseguir un cartón para sellarla pues a través, de ella pasan los ruidos olores y la luz a la habitación lo que interrumpe el descanso. seria muy bueno que la sellaran.

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

No tengo ninguna queja, pues todo salió bien, pero sí pensaba todo el tiempo en la suerte que tuve de haber encontrado siempre personal que, casualmente, se encontraba allí. Si hubiera tenido una urgencia o algo, en un horario sin personal de limpieza, no sé qué hubiera podido hacer.

La habitación me la dieron en el tercer piso sin ascensor. Las escaleras no tienen la iluminación adecuada. El desayuno es muy pobre respecto de otros hoteles. Muchas lámparas para un sólo enchufe. La ducha es muy pequeña

"La ubicación pareciera estar un poco alejado de todo pero es muy fácil transportarte a otros lugares porque tienes la conveniencia de que están las paradas de los autobuses cerca del hotel, puedes ir caminando sin problema."

Realmente no hay nada que no me haya gustado, el hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones, las habitaciones están limpias y el servicio del personal también fue impecable lo que yo si recomendaría a demás personas además de que también regresaría para mi próxima visita.

"La estructura del hotel, con patio ajardinado bonito, la galeria abierta de acceso a las habitaciones, con preciosas vistas al pueblo y a las montañas. El estilo tradicional del hotel."

Faltaría modernizar, un poco, las habitaciones y los baños. Y dotarlas de mejor iluminación.

Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

El baño necesita una renovación, las toallas son escasas, solo te ponen una de ducha pero no de manos, y como el baño, también necesitan renovación. La puerta del armario no se podía correr

"Tienes cerca caminando a 10 minutos la estación de metro, saliendo del hotel en toda la esquina, hay restaurantes, indus y de Comida China y mercados. Para Singapur es una muy buena opción."

Está en el barrio rojo de Singapur. En las noches es un poco fuerte el ambiente en la zona de los restaurantes, pero soportable si no vas con niños.

"En general todo bien, la decoración algo rara, cortinas de niños con carritos"

No hay presión de agua, imposible bañarse ni pensar lavarse el cabello la regadera parecía como una suave lluvia casi pulverizada, deben corregir eso ya que es imposible ducharse.

Las instalaciones están acorde a su categoría actual. Lo que sí eché en falta fue el funcionamiento de la red WIFI en las habitaciones.
