"La gente que trabaja allí es encantadora, muy trabajadora, eficaz y amable. Todos se aseguraron de que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. Sufrimos un robo justo antes de nuestra llegada y nos ayudaron en todo. La habitación tenía el tamaño de un apartamento, muy límpia y cómoda. El jardín ideal para pasear y las vistas a la montaña, simplemente impresionantes. El restaurante muy concurrido por las tardes, aunque dado lo rico que está todo no me extraña, nos abrieron un comedor sólo para nosotros al estar los demás llenos. Nos dieron una tarjeta para que el transporte y las visitas en Innsbruck nos saliesen gratis. El agua del grifo buenísima."

"Fantastic stay at Isserwirt, hospitality was amazing and the family went the extra mile to ensure my car was safe during a crazy one off hail storm. Dinner there was excellent, room was very nice too! Local shops and welcome card made for a great few days of exploring innsbruck and nearby mountains."

"No air con but this is common across all of Austria, so it was pretty warm when it was 33deg outside (expected and not a complaint). The room was a little noisy at times being near to the main road, but not the hotels fault."

"We loved everything! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was conveniently located with short walking distance to the buses which ran regularly and it was a quick 15/20 min journey to the middle of Innsbruck. The dining area was lovely and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on offer each morning and we preferred to eat dinner here each night too. The staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly Andy who remembered small details and really made our trip special. We will most certainly be staying here again when we return to Innsbruck!"

"Brilliant guesthouse overlooking Innsbruck with a panoramic view of the mighty Nordkette. The family owned the hotel is incredible with everyone trying to make you feel welcome. The community they have built is also remarkable. I have to mention as well the delicious authentic food served at the restaurant . We had our anniversary dinner there and it was amazing. Loved it!! I can not recommend it enough."
