"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Lleno de pájaros y plantas. Rústico pero muy cómodo y agradable. Estaba limpio y había agua caliente. Caminando podés llegar en 15' al centro y 30' a la playa pública. Nos encantó la ubicación porque está alejada de la calle principal que es muy ruidosa"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y de calles con movimiento y comercio. El personal es muy atento, les agradezco mucho todos los datos y ayudas que me brindaron (especialmente a Mas, el chico de la recepción (no se como escribir tu nombre, lo siento). Pude organizar muy bien mi viaje gracias a toda la información que me dieron. Habitación es grande y cómoda, Wifi funciona perfecto y el desayuno es realmente rico y muy variado, con varias opciones locales y también internacionales."

"La ubicacion es ideal para visitar las playas del oeste.. pero si es necesario alquilar auto, tanto para llegar al hospedaje como para moverse por la zona y recorrer las playas, o mismo ir al supermercado, las vistas de la habitacion simplemente increibles! muy comoda la habitacion, la cocina.. muy recomendable"

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

"Clean and staff were very friendly. Large room and large bathroom. Enough space to store the clothes."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

El complejo es bonito, ordenado y cómodo pero es verdad que la limpieza no estaba al 100% pero no es algo que nos molestará, simplemente como dato a tener en cuenta.

Las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento no son muy claras. La mejor referencia para llegar es seguir las indicaciones para llegar al restaurante Gusto Italia. El apartamento está justo al lado.

"La villa súper cómoda y espaciosa con todos los utencilios de cocina que necesitas, la piscina súper limpia y la vista al mar súper hermosa. Las áreas limpias y cuidadas. Bulsa, Elsa y Elbert fueron sumamente atentos con nosotros. Extendimos una noche más de tanto que nos gustó el lugar y el trato. Tambien tienen varios restaurantes y supermercados cuando sales de la habitación que puedes ir caminando. Tienen variedad de tours que tambien te ofrecen."

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"
