"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow."

El complejo es bonito, ordenado y cómodo pero es verdad que la limpieza no estaba al 100% pero no es algo que nos molestará, simplemente como dato a tener en cuenta.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"La ubicación es muy buena, frente al mar. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, ideal para una familia o un grupo de amigos. Nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarlo. Daban ganas de quedarse un par de días."

Debería tener rampas para el ingreso con equipaje. Son varios tramos de escalera. Según nos dijeron, hay un acceso con rampa, pero no nos dieron la llave para ese acceso.

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

lamentablemente las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido por lo que se escuchaba a los trabajadores toda la mañana pero la vista maravillosa lo arreglo todo.

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"Milady es una persona encantadora, muy disponible. Nos habló de la isla y de los mejores lugares para visitarla. También nos prestó 4 máscaras para snorkel. Nos llevó al centro en su cuatriciclo y estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento es muy hermoso si te gusta estar en medio de la naturaleza y con poco ruido. Lleno de pájaros y plantas. Rústico pero muy cómodo y agradable. Estaba limpio y había agua caliente. Caminando podés llegar en 15' al centro y 30' a la playa pública. Nos encantó la ubicación porque está alejada de la calle principal que es muy ruidosa"

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"The property was a perfect fit for two families with 7 people. The kids get to have their own room, and the two families have separation of space, yet easy to get together via indoor access. It's also situated in a quiet neighborhood at a convenient location, close to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. The property also has good views outside the windows."

We couldn't get the range hood to work. If you plan to do heavy cooking, you may need to open the windows to vent out the smell and smoke. The shower glass on the second floor is too short to block the water from splashing out. The tub can be slippery when it is wet, so it would be nice if the host could consider providing a rubber mat.

El personal es muy atento, les agradezco mucho todos los datos y ayudas que me brindaron (especialmente a Mas, el chico de la recepción (no se como escribir tu nombre, lo siento). Pude organizar muy bien mi viaje gracias a toda la información que me dieron. Habitación es grande y cómoda, Wifi funciona perfecto y el desayuno es realmente rico y muy variado, con varias opciones locales y también internacionales."

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento no son muy claras. La mejor referencia para llegar es seguir las indicaciones para llegar al restaurante Gusto Italia. El apartamento está justo al lado.

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.
