"Los anfitriones dan un excelente servicio, son muy atentos e intentan ayudar y solucionar en todo lo posible. El staff no habla inglés pero son muy atentos y serviciales e intentar comunicarse de manera efectiva constantemente. La comida del restaurante es de excelente calidad, buenos precios y el restaurante es hermoso. Creemos que es una joya oculta en Moroni."

Al no ser un hotel, sino que es una habitación que alquilan dentro de un establecimiento gastronómico, puede llegar a ser complejo explicar la ubicación a los taxistas si no hablas frances. La ubicación no esta mal, es cerca de la calle principal pero esta un poquito escondido.

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"La habitación contaba con todas las comodidades, muy buen Internet, heladera, aire, mesita, muy cómoda! Las señoras que trabajan súper amables y dispuestas a brindarte consejos del destino. También tienes acceso a una cocina súper equipada para poder cocinarte . Tiene piscina"

Se encuentra un poco lejos del centro, necesitando moverte en taxi. Los utensilios de cocina no estaban del todo limpios.

"The property is as super clean, modern and beautifully designed. All fittings are of good quality and very comfortable beds. The flat is of good size, with large bedrooms and good sized well equipped kitchen. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy and there is plenty of room of store all of your belongings. We will most definitely be staying here again."

He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. "The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"Está en un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar en familia y disfrutar con los niños y adultos de las instalaciones y el entorno. Tiene futbolín, cama elastica, parque infantil, cancha de basket, de volley, lo que no están muy bien mantenidas las instalaciones. Tenáin alquiler de padel surf, bicis. No puedo decir mucho porque no los utilizamos"

Los jacuzzis nunca estuvieros operativos a pesar de que nos decían que en pocas horas estarían. Los horarios de la sauna y la forma de uso. Las cabañas eran para 8 personas pero solo tienen un baño muy pequeño que está separado por un lado lavamano e inodoro y el otro la ducha. Para 8 personas era complicado. No nos gustó particularmente la comida que ofrecen. Tando en el desayuno como cena, la variedad y la calidad es justita, te cobran los sobres de ketchup, mostaza.... Es una pena no tener un mejor servicio de comida. Cobraban platos aparte. Ademas el perosnal daba sensasión de desconfiar de los huespedes a la hora de mirar lo que cogíamos o preguntar por el número de cabaña. No fue agradable el trato. Una pena, la verdad.

"El hombre se mostró super atento a nosotros. Muy detallista y nos cuidó mucho. Fue un placer quedarnos en su alojamiento. Nos hizo la estancia muy fácil. Recomiendo además cenar con él en el restaurante de abajo. Tiene variedad y el trato es inmejorable. ¡Hasta la próxima y gracias!"

Absolutamente nada. Todo fue perfecto.

"Todo, El alojamiento super limpio, la habitación es amplia, ofrecen dejar las maletas antes del cheking y vine muy bien cuando vas y tienes poco tiempo. Para de transporte al lado. Tienes tiendas de convivencia al lado, como restaurante. El cheking es digital y sin ningún problema. Si tenemos alguna duda el servicio de atención al cliente esta nos ayudo en todo el momento."
