"El personal era amable. Tienen un supermercado debajo que tiene de todo. El apartamento es grande, cuenta con todo lo que te hace falta."

La limpieza deja mucho que desear...habían cucarachas.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"We loved everything. We had had an unpleasant experience on another platform so we were extremely cautious when coming. The security door was also a great idea."

The cooker didn't work

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"Milady es una persona encantadora, muy disponible. Nos habló de la isla y de los mejores lugares para visitarla. También nos prestó 4 máscaras para snorkel. Nos llevó al centro en su cuatriciclo y estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento es muy hermoso si te gusta estar en medio de la naturaleza y con poco ruido. Lleno de pájaros y plantas. Rústico pero muy cómodo y agradable. Estaba limpio y había agua caliente. Caminando podés llegar en 15' al centro y 30' a la playa pública. Nos encantó la ubicación porque está alejada de la calle principal que es muy ruidosa"

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

Debería tener rampas para el ingreso con equipaje. Son varios tramos de escalera. Según nos dijeron, hay un acceso con rampa, pero no nos dieron la llave para ese acceso.

The cooker didn't work

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"La ubicación es excelente en un área tranquila, con restaurantes, mercados, pubs, etc. Además se encuentra a 300 m del terminal de Bugibba, que te permite llegar fácilmente a distintos puntos de la isla. Los utensilios de cocina te permite preparar un desayuno simple, nada sofisticado."

Nada negativo en particular, lo único que destacaría era problemas con el herraje del WC, que en algunas ocasiones no bajaba bien la descarga del tanque por medio de la palanca.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"Estaba super acondicionado en todos los aspectos y un apartamento amplio y cómodo así como su increíble terraza, tenían la refrigeradora ya lista así que fue más rápido para las cosas que se congelaran, el sonido está aislado, hay 2 duchas una de ella tiene agua caliente, no hay zancudos y mucho menos ratones. la mejor experiencia y volveré en mi próxima visita a Granada🤙🇳🇮🌴😎"

El AC no llega tanto al cuarto pero con el tiempo se nivela así que no problema

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.
