"The cleanliness, serene environment and excellent facilities"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

Las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento no son muy claras. La mejor referencia para llegar es seguir las indicaciones para llegar al restaurante Gusto Italia. El apartamento está justo al lado.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear...habían cucarachas.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

El staff no habla inglés pero son muy atentos y serviciales e intentar comunicarse de manera efectiva constantemente. La comida del restaurante es de excelente calidad, buenos precios y el restaurante es hermoso. Creemos que es una joya oculta en Moroni."

Al no ser un hotel, sino que es una habitación que alquilan dentro de un establecimiento gastronómico, puede llegar a ser complejo explicar la ubicación a los taxistas si no hablas frances. La ubicación no esta mal, es cerca de la calle principal pero esta un poquito escondido.

"El hombre se mostró super atento a nosotros. Muy detallista y nos cuidó mucho. Fue un placer quedarnos en su alojamiento. Nos hizo la estancia muy fácil. Recomiendo además cenar con él en el restaurante de abajo. Tiene variedad y el trato es inmejorable. ¡Hasta la próxima y gracias!"

Absolutamente nada. Todo fue perfecto.

"me tocó un departamento muy grande con una vista maravillosa y espectacular al Katara Towers y a toda la perla. el depatamento se encuentra cerquita de la playa y de los restaurantes para ir caminando el personal muy amable me dieron la habitacion antes de la hora y me prestaron un cargador para el mobil ya que los enchufes no eran compatibles. regresare nuevamete"

lamentablemente las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido por lo que se escuchaba a los trabajadores toda la mañana pero la vista maravillosa lo arreglo todo.

"The property was a perfect fit for two families with 7 people. The kids get to have their own room, and the two families have separation of space, yet easy to get together via indoor access. It's also situated in a quiet neighborhood at a convenient location, close to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. The property also has good views outside the windows."

We couldn't get the range hood to work. If you plan to do heavy cooking, you may need to open the windows to vent out the smell and smoke. The shower glass on the second floor is too short to block the water from splashing out. The tub can be slippery when it is wet, so it would be nice if the host could consider providing a rubber mat.

Un poco chica la cama. Mido 1.68, robusto y me sentí incómodo en la cama tan pequeña.

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

Needed more kitchen utensils

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"The room facilities were good, AC, internet, TV. Close proximity to bus abd the airport. The price was nice."

No hot water and a bit far the city centre

Si no fuese por el acceso, le habría puesto un 10. La carretera de acceso, en cuesta y estrecha era un poco complicada.

"Amabilidad de los propietarios. Wifi excelente. Apartamento muy tranquilo. Estuvimos en el último piso, con balcón y vistas preciosas. La zona de juegos es ideal si vas con niños."

No está asociado a la oficina de turismo del pueblo, por lo que no te puedes beneficiar de los descuentos que ofrece la tarjeta de turismo, como por ejemplo los parking gratis ( la tarifa normal es de 3€ / hora)
