The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas cómodo, el desayuno es tipo buffet libre que consta de leche, café, zumo natural, cereales de muchos tipos distintos, pan bimbo que lo puedes meter a la tostadora, mermelada, Nutella, quesos. Correcto!"

Solo le faltó servicio de limpieza, te lo cobraban u$s 70 un poco excesivo

"Estaba muy limpio y disponías de todo cómodamente. Había aparcamiento justo frente al apartamento y es muy cómodo para bajar las maletas."

"Un lugar con mucho silencio para un excelente descanso, organizado, con punto cercano para compra de víveres, suficiente cantidad de electrodomésticos en la cocina, buen internet, buena comodidad, un lugar muy recomendado."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

Echamos en falta una piscina aunque sabiamos que no tenia

Bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, making it hard to use the mirrors.

"Todo ha estado genial, esperaba un alojamiento normal sin mucha comodidad, y todo genial, 2 habitaciones con buenos colchones, dos baños y el Salón-Cocina muy bien equipados. aviso que no hay sal en la cocina. Las conexiones son excelentes, LUAS(tranvia) a escasos minutos, parada de autobus igual de cercana para el centro y un autobus (700) directo al sitio del alojamiento desde el aeropuerto."

"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"No tenía vehículo para llegar, llame al Hotel y ellos fueron por mi. Excelente servicio, fueron muy amables, a la hora de la cena el domicilio ya no llegaba al hotel y ellos fueron por mi cena hasta el restaurante. El hotel superó mis expectativas!"

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
