Dudé por estar en un edificio aislado de la recepción y por las escaleras, pero éstas son muy pocas y la atención del personal es espectacular. Amabilisimos y superefecientes. Un gran equipo."

Sugeriría poner un espejo grande en alguna pared. Al estar el frigorífico en la habitación, a veces hace ruido, pero es inevitable. La cama muy blanda.

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

Hay olores en el segundo piso, creo que desde la cocina, todo el pasillo olía a comida en las noches. Adicionalmente, podría ampliar menú comida restaurante para la noche.

Quizás un poco más de limpieza bajo las camas y colchones y nórdicos. Las fundas estaban limpias.

Por decir algo, nos hubiera gustado un poco más de presión en la ducha y la habitación un poquito más grande pero sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

"Absolutamente perfecto! Los bungalows con cocinas muy bien equipadas, tenian todo lo necesario para las comidas diarias. Había café, té y leche de cortesía, tambien todo lo necesario para lavar los platos , habia sal y pimienta, cantidades impensables de toallas! Eramos 2 personas y había 6 toallas de diferentes tamaños para cada uno, que cambiaban todos los dias!! Las toallas de playa eran grandes y suaves. Las sabanas de la cama muy suaves y blancas. Una hermosa terraza trasera para disfrutar del canto de los pajaros en el dia y del sonido de grillos en la noche. Fabuloso parque con muchas muchas plantas, palmeras, árboles, era como estar hospedado en medio de una gran reserva forestal. Habia duchas afuera para cuando volvias de la playa, siempre lugar para el automóvil esatacionado en la sombra, y la piscina era hermosa, muy bien cuidada y limpia. La cercania a la playa y al bar & grill Tippy´s completaron una estancia increíble, relajante y fabulosa"

No hay nada para mejorar!! Todo es perfecto. Lo único que no me gustó es estar sólo 11 dias, hubiera deseado estar aqui un mes como mínimo!

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"La relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Bien ubicado en Dickenson Bay, con piscina y acceso directo a playa y un agradable restaurante (no es de la propiedad) muy cercano y a pie de playa. Las puestas de sol desde las tumbonas (gratuitas) de la playa son espectaculares. Buena base para conocer la isla."

El mobiliario está desactualizado y los utensilios de cocina requieren un cambio inmediato.

Lo que ocurre con muchos alquileres, no mencionan los adicionales como limpieza y otros impuestos, el precio subió en casi 30% de lo que se muestra en la app.

"Muy buena ubicación, en temporada baja dejamos el coche justo en frente. La habitación contaba con baño, neverita, calentador de agua, chanclas, toallas, smart TV, una cama muy cómoda, amplio balcón… súper completa vaya. Además, Deni muy amable y hospitalario!"
