"Toda la experiencia fue bastante buena en general. Hotel nuevo, el personal muy amable y dispuesto. El desayuno variado y rico. La ubicacion no esta mal, pero viendo todos los hoteles que hay alli, no es el mas centrico."

"Hotel nuevo, coqueto y tranquilo. Nos encantó la decoración de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama y las almohadas. Las chicas de recepción son muy atentas en cuanto a darte toallas para la piscina. El desayuno buffet también nos gustó, sobre todo para quien cuida más la alimentación (chia, lino, fruta, yogur, huevos, etc...) Estuvimos muy agusto sin duda volveríamos a repetir."

"I love the warm welcome I received from Havo, she was exceptionally kind and I’m grateful for the hospitality especially after I drove for about 4-5 hours to the destination. She made sure that everything was provided and was always up on her feet to be helpful and provide the best service. At the end of our stay I made it clear to her that I would be coming back to stay at the exact same place since the location is the best, it’s close to some of the best beaches in the whole of ksamil. Loved everything. Even the woman who cooked our breakfast every morning was such a sweetheart! She was always ready to do anything if asked. So I thank everyone at the hotel for being so exceptional. Hope to see them soon again."

"Was a little further from the strip which was actually lovely but the pool was freezing! Much colder than the sea but it was refreshing."

"The hotel was exceptional! The rooms were very clean and newly renovated, modern style, with a balcony. The reception girls were so helpful and kind, helped us book a taxi, book a ferry and were always available and keen to help. The location is perfect, being a few mins walk from the beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Saranda. There is a bus from the Saranda ferry port to a bus stop 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is 2 euros or so. The breakfast is buffet style with a nice view to the beach. I wouldn't say the breakfast was the highlight of our stay, but we were extremely pleased with the rest and highly recommend!"
