"My first impression was quite good, everything was clean and bright, the staff’s attitude was appropriate, which made me feel welcome. Now comes to the room, when i first caught a glimpse of it, it was really impressive. It was better than lots of other hotels in its price range. I love that it’s located in a pretty quiet area, so we didn’t get disturbed much. Fell in love with the bathtub too, haven’t had a really nice bath like that for a long time. The pictures you hang on the wall, the decoration, all in all, i like them. Long story short, i think your service and facilities are worth their price. It’s not a luxury hotel of course, but it has what people expects of it (me personally). And as i wrote in the notepad in the room, i’ll come back if there will be a next time."
"I think you should install more modern TVs so that customers can watch streaming services and other things on them. The TV in my room, in particular, is an old version one so we couldn’t watch anything interesting on it (we didn’t have much options, i mean). If it’s affordable for you, of course, my recommendation is that you should modernise your facilities a little bit. Apart from that, i noticed that the blankets on my bed had some small stains on them so i think you should clean them a bit better too. In general, your service fulfilled my expectations so i don’t have much to complain about."
