"Most welcoming owner. She is one of the most accommodating and caring owners we have met in 9 years of travelling. Thank you so much for being amazing ❤️"

"The service was incredible the hostess was very friendly loved chatting with us. We are two you female travelers and it felt like we had a supportive mom who had our backs! She was incredibly kind and it truly made the experience incredible!"

"Everything was great only complaint was that the booking says balcony, there is no balcony but that was kind of expected. The AC was also very poor so we were a bit warm but otherwise amazing place!"

"Great place to stay for the money you can’t beat it really. Friendly owner who checked us in early into the morning around 2am couldn’t ask for more for the price. AC was very powerful."

"Nothing really all was good."

"Super convenient location right by the old quarter but away from the hustle and bustle of the main part which meant it was a lot more quiet at night time and the mornings. The facilities were nice and clean and the owner waited up for us to check in after a night bus."

"The bedding was a bit gross and hard to tell if it was washed or just super old and used. Other than that everything else was clean and tidy"

"Located at the south east end of Lake Hoan Kiem, its also near the Opera House. None of the bustle inside the Old Quarter."
