"Host did not send the lockbox code before time for our check in, so we ended up sitting outside for an hour waiting on them to respond to our numerous calls & texts for the lockbox code. Even Booking.com got no answer or response. Hopefully that’s something that they correct in the future because I would stay again, but that communication situation would cause me to not say again."

"It’s lovely. It’s a nice place to go and sit which is all I wanted to do in this trip, sit, by myself and commune with God. The setting was ideal for that and it offers a pleasant walking experience. If I were a princess, I’d rent this place. The seclusion is nice."

"I have no dislikes. There are wild cats out there, I wish I had brought them some food. Lol, be sure to bring food up there for you and the occasional outdoor pet. They are nice. :)"

"Taxis could get pricey going back and forth & hard to find due to the location but its best to just book a rountrip with your driver so you’ll have an guaranteed ride & better rates."

"The view outside the balcony. Bed was comfortable. Stray cats were super friendly. Villa was very clean. No issues with check in and check out."

"The listing was not very clear. I didn't realize there was an upstairs. I actually thought we were getting upstairs. Also, finding the place was difficult. We got lost. If there was a map that would be a life savor."

"The property was secluded in a gated community with amazing views of BVI! The furnishings and interior were modern and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Also, closet had everything you needed for a day of snorkeling, beach chairs, coolers, lanterns, etc. Very well equipped. Washer and dryer available."

"Due to the location, you definitely would need a car or the only option would be to organize taxis to pick you up to get to beaches and restaurants. Unfortunately, the outdoor furniture specifically the cushions were not clean so we were not able to enjoy that space."
