"El hotel es muy básico, la puntuación de 8 se debe exclusivamente a Taylor, el chico de recepción. Se tomó muchas molestias por conseguirnos un taxi con cinturones en la parte trasera ( algo difícil en Uzbekistan y más aun en Marg’ilon), y lo hizo todo sin animo de lucro, solamente para ayudarnos. Èl es un gran profesional. Sin Taylor el hotel se quedaría en un 6."

"One of the best hotels we stayed at in Uzbekistan. It is located very close to the Yodgorlik Silk Factory, which is undoubtedly one of the main attractions of the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to meet two young receptionists who were extremely nice and spoke excellent English. When we were an hour late for breakfast, one of them still managed to arrange it for us, and the other was very helpful in organizing a trip to textile shops and arranging taxis. We were really impressed by how well they spoke English and how well-mannered they were! Our room was large and spacious, clean, with a big bathroom, air conditioning, and all the amenities such as TV, kettle, cups, plates, bottled water, snacks, fridge, hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes, coffee, tea, and even cotton buds. To sum up, we would be happy to return to this hotel during our next visit to Margilan."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."
