"I love very much this hotel because i have all what i need. No electricity blackouts. I had a very good airconditiner i had also refigerator and washing machine and washing powder for free. Clean towels and clean bed. Upstairs is the moust good restaurant in all paje with the moust good food congratulation for the cooker 🥰 and bonus the owner was very friendly and for pet lovers a very very nice cat 🥰🥰"

"I had an amazing stay at Roots Inn, right in the heart of Paje and just a short walk from the beach! The inn is located above the fantastic Roots Restaurant, where the Asian fusion food blew me away. Their Japanese gyoza dumplings and Kurozu karaage were absolute highlights! The inn is run by a lovely couple, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Despite Zanzibar’s occasional electricity issues, Roots Inn has a generator, which was super reassuring, and the WiFi was great too. If you’re looking for a cozy, budget-friendly spot to rest after exploring Zanzibar during the day, I’d highly recommend Roots Inn. Great value and an all-around wonderful experience!"

"Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sättigend. Das Personal hat sich jeden Morgen viel Mühe gegeben und stets für abwechslungsreiche Auswahl gesorgt – inklusive verschiedener Heißgetränke. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, sodass zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Sowohl Zimmer als auch Restaurant sind sehr sauber. Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen freundlich und kümmert sich aufmerksam um seine Gäste. Auch die Gerichte im hoteleigenen Restaurant sind sehr lecker."

"Veramente favoloso! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il nyerere National park. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ha organizzato per noi la visita al parco. Anche lo staff è preparato e gentilissimo. Lavorano al campo anche dei Masai che ti accompagnao la sera in camera e ti aiutano con le valige. La struttura affaccia direttamente sul fiume in una posizione sicura e rialzata e da qui si può organizzare un safari in barca della durata di circa due ore in cui si possono vedere coccodrilli, vari tipi di uccelli e ippopotami. La vista dalla camera è dalla zona comune è spettacolare. La camera è pulita e spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Ulteriore nota positiva è il cibo, cucinato internamente sul fuoco e veramente buonissimo. Ogni dettaglio del campo, dagli alloggi alla cucina, è curato e garantisce un'esperienza immersiva. Riassumendo....meraviglioso e fortemente consigliato."

"El lugar, es un acogedor apartamento, confortable y limpio con un patio pequeño pero muy lindo, para disfrutar al exterior. Me pareció un lujo que Mariam viniera a hacerme el desayuno por la mañana en la cocinita del apartamento y esperara a que yo estuviera lista para servirme el chai y todo lo que cocinó. Riquísimo! Saleh, el anfitrión, fue atento y generoso. Me permitió dejar mi equipaje la mañana siguiente y además, quedarme un tiempo más para descansar. Sin duda es el lugar que usaré cuando necesite quedarme en Zanzibar ciudad cerca del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos en coche."
