"La cama muy cómoda y menciono especialmente a uno del staff del hotel que me ayudó a pedir un taxi urgentemente porque llegaba tarde y perdía una excursión, y el taxi al principio no me entendía luego al staff si le entendía pero no me quería llevar y el pobre esforzándose para que me llevara, al final conseguí otro taxi y llegué pero me quiso ayudar de verdad"

"El tamaño de la habitación, entiendo que es lo que hay en estos países pero es un poco agobiante para mi no tener apenas espacio, el resto todo bien"

"“My stay was generally fine, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists (who refused to give me his name). He treated me with poor manners and even shouted at me because I was one hour late for checkout after getting distracted while shopping. I accepted the extra charge without any problem, but that did not give him any right to speak to me that way. I believe a hotel should maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards its guests at all times, and this behaviour really spoiled my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.”"
