Silken Hotel

"La cama era grande y cómoda. La habitación trae todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea agradable: reposición de té y agua todos los días, secador de pelo, surtidor de gel de baño y champú, wc japonés (con función de bidé)... También hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones todos los días, con cambio de toallas, papel, etc. Y un añadido extra es que en recepción tienes gratis todo el café, té, agua, chocolate caliente que quieras, además de bolsitas de snacks. Si llueve y no tienes paraguas, no te preocupes, tienen paraguas a libre disposición. El personal es muy amable y, aunque algunos recepcionistas no hablan inglés, hacen todo lo posible para que la comunicación sea efectiva y poder ayudarte. En cuanto a localización, es una zona con muchos servicios cerca: lavanderías, restaurantes, tiendas, night market a 5 minutos, metro (mrt) a 10 min, y varias estaciones de bicicleta pública a 3 minutos, así que genial :)"

"Nothing really. But I can't find my nescafe coffee in a glass that I brought with me to give it toa friend. Maybe, they mistakenly took it and thought it's for recycle becoz it's with the empty bottles."

"Hands-down the best hotel in a big city in Taiwan. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and returned in the end. Friendly and very helpful staff! Room was good, comfortable bed and big enough. Nice city views. Location is in a lively neighborhood, many restaurants nearby. Next metro station is +/ 5 min walking distance, multiple bus stops are even closer."

"We loved the location of the hotel, as well as the privacy of the rooms. We could not hear our neighbours which is a common complaint on reviews of other hotels. The bed was big and the room size was big. Free coffee and snacks downstairs. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and did an excellent job with housekeeping. We stayed 9 nights and had a great time."
