"El hotel no tiene estancias comunes. El desayuno, pobre, es en un restaurante donde van huéspedes de varios hoteles. Alishan merece la pena pero el hospedaje está sobrevalorado. Hay muchos lugares en Taiwan muy turísticos y sin embargo la relación calidad/precio es,,de lejos, mucho mejor"

"Con seguridad una de las mejores opciones de alojamiento en Alishan, una zona donde los hoteles son caros y en su mayoría viejos. Este hotel está renovado. Habitaciones cómodas. Abundante agua caliente en las horas marcadas (algo habitual en la zona) y climatización aceptable (en marzo, hay también mantas eléctricas). Personal muy amable. A 10 minutos de la estación de tren y una distancia equivalente de la estación de autobuses (tienen un shuttle gratuito por el que se puede preguntar si se tiene equipaje). El desayuno, de tipo taiwanés, es con un cupón en un restaurante cercano."

"It was not clear to us that the hotel (like many others) are inside the Alishan National Forest. Therefore, you must first purchase the entry ticket to the Forest in order to reach the accomodation. We arrived in the evening and the visitor center (also inside the forest) was already closed, it was slightly challenging to find the hotel after arriving at Alishan station by bus. A little information about this from the host would be really helpful. After watching the sunrise, we decided to return to our rooms for a short nap but were interrupted by noises outside our room. This was due to a staff washing loads of bedsheet and spinning them outside our window. There was also alot of water noise through pipes that could be heard from our room in the morning. We wished we had been given a room in a better location rather than one facing the backyard laundry machines."

"Lovely hotel in Alishan. It was quite cool in the room, but they provide a heated blanket and a small heater in the room, so I did not feel cold overnight. Friendly staff and room had everything I needed - would stay again!"

"The humidifier and the toilet seat - were the best! The staff are very nice and friendly. The more experienced staff was really attentive and answered the questions. We had a great stay. The room and the facilities were fairly new and clean. The tea was really good too."
