"La cama era cómoda y la habitación tranquila (la ventana daba hacia detrás del edificio, no a la carretera). Desayuno incluido en el precio, variado. El día del "check out" se ofrecieron a llevarme gratis a la estación de tren porque tenian que ir por otro motivo, lo cual es de agradecer y me vino muy bien. Ducha separada del resto del baño mediante una mampara. No tienen enchufe USB en la habitación, pero les pedí un adaptador y tenían, así que no hubo problema en mi caso."

"Ubicación algo alejada del centro para ir a pie (tienen bicis para alquilar). Hubo un malentendido a la hora del "check in": me dijeron que tenía que pagar la habitación pero el cargo ya se había hecho en mi cuenta, se cobró online. Estuvimos un rato largo, yo diciendo que estaba ya pagado y el personal diciendo que no (comunicación algo dificultosa por barrera idiomática). Al final se solucionó. Creo que no hubo mala intención por parte de ellos y que fue un problema de gestión, pero si no llego a haber estado yo atenta a los movimientos bancarios/cargos de mi tarjeta, hubiese pagado dos veces... Recomiendo estar atento por si acaso."

"The single room (no window) was larger than I expected. The 24h front desk is very convenient. I arrived before the check-in time and was able to leave my luggage, borrow a bicycle, enjoy my day, then check-in later at night. Late check-out was also great. The TV has Youtube and English language movies. They have free ice cream 24h. The shuttle service was well organized and communicated. Good friendly service from everyone I interacted with."

"The Taiwanese interpretation of "western" breakfast is always disappointing, but free food is nevertheless appreciated. Although the bicycle rental is an awesome perk, do be careful with the old things, as the brakes on mine didn't work very well. In the room, the walls were quite thin and without ear plugs I could hear people taking showers, flushing the toilet, talking, etc."

"Parking is being advetised, but not available, you have to walk 5min to a public parking place (free of charge) - but the hotel parking space right beside is in "repairs". Should be fixed soon."

"The shuttle booking instructions were not clear on Booking.com... there it said to book the day before. Later i learnt that the cut-off time was 20:00 which i missed so took taxi NT$225 to hotel ( it is about 6km away ). Otherwise all was good"

"An excellent hotel in Taitung! Big and clean rooms with all of the amenities and very good breakfast! Free drinks and free bikes make it easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Patrick. He picked us up from the train station, he helped us arrange our trip to Lanyu Island and he gave us all the information needed, with kind patience, to our myriad questions. Thank you so much!!!"

"When we feedback that air conditioner was broken, staff was nice and give us another room immediately without any excuses. It was weird that air conditioner temperature cannot be set lower than 20degC and it still has issue when we set 25."
