"The location and staff were exceptional in terms of customer care. Nothing was ever a problem, and any issues were dealt with swiftly. Staff members who went above and beyond were Antonio, Darcel, Curtis, Nicole, and Khaleel, they made us feel completely at home. We will definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Brix family. The cleanliness of the room was of a good standard, the décor was great, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious."

"Car park needs better monitoring, I would recommend vehicle registration being recorded on check-in as not accepting liability for any damage but vague monitoring of the car needs to be better organised and responsible accepted, else why have a guest car park in the first place. That we security are aware of the vehicles registered to guest staying at them hotel. In addition I would say more exotic food for breakfast would be an additional bonus."
