"It's a wonderful hotel. There is everything for recreation and entertainment for both adults and children: a private beach, a playground on the beach, a heated pool and a shallow part for children, a water park with slides for adults and children, slot machines for children and adults, a SPA center with a Jacuzzi and pools. There are almost always places on the beach and by the pool. A beach with small pebbles, you can buy shoes for children. Good staff. Interesting shows in the evening. Not a bad meal. There are shops near the hotel."

"Hotel was fabulous. The facilities were great and security was very good. A safe hotel for family. Food was varied and exotic. All the staff were helpful. A special thank you to Layla the Desk Manager and Mr. Idris the Guest Relations Manager for dealing with all our requests - they deserve a promotion. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Spa was lovely and indoor pool was nice and warm. The view of the mountain is unbeatable!!! And the waterslides were thrilling for adults and children alike. I would like to thank Rai Premium for a fantastic holiday!"

"The room and the hotel in general were very good. The sea was clean and warm, great animation team, very nice waiters, especially when you thank them! Territory is green and amazing. Great food, especially on Tuesdays when fish is served. Administration is kind and very helpful. This is my second time in this hotel, and I come back there again for sure!! I am pretty much sure that the hotel is really worth paid money and I highly recommend to visit it."

"Room cleaning was not always available. The only cleaning services available was towels changes. Minibar in the room was filled only in the end of our 10-day vacation. Also bottles of water were not served in the room. Needed to run down to the bar each time to take water. It wasn't a problem, but could be fixed. Extremely big minus is that almost all deck chairs are occupied starting from 6AM. I think that if the hotel wants to attract European tourists, it should review its policy... At least forbid leaving towels for the whole day without using deck chairs. Otherwise, we had to wake up early and run quickly on the beach to find a free place to rest. The same with the amphitheater. Each time when we tried to watch the show, all places were occupied by empty bottles, which is forbidden as the administration representative informed us. These are 2 points that I think the hotel can improve on, and are mentioned here not as something bad, but as something the hotel can take more control of."

"Отличное место: с ранним чекином помогли (мы приехали в 6 утра, подожали 2 часа всего до начала смены администраторов), с поздним чекаутом тоже получилось, так что день выезда не пропал - сотрудники огонь! Развлечений ребенку хватило с головой - до детского клуба добрался только когда трансфер ждали при выезде. Wi-Fi стабильно работает на всей территории, в том числе на пляже и пирсе. Еды много, всегда можно найти по вкусу. Дефолтная детская еда - макарошки и картошка фри есть всегда =) До этой поездки не мог понять, зачем люди ездят постоянно в одно и тоже место отдыхать - теперь, вот сам хочу обратно."

"Мне понравилось всё кроме того, что лежаки были постоянно забиты полотенцами не зависимо от того пришёл владелец этого полотенца или нет или например пришёл к полудню или к вечеру."
